just do exactly this and you will be able to access to ALL folder include SYSTEM!!!!
1. Copy "iFiles.app" to /Applications Using WinSCP. Remove original application by holding the icon. Then respring.
2. Make sure /Applications/iFiles.app/ permissions are right (use SSH and Root login)
cd /Applications
chmod -R 777 iFiles.app
3. Start iFiles once and quit it again.
4. Using SSH log in as Root again and navigate to the documents folder:
cd /var/mobile/Documents/Files
ln -s / ./root
5. Respring and open your iFiles.
6. This links your root directory to the folder "root" which will appear in iFiles.
